Fun doesn't just start with the Scrapbook projects it spills over into our private Villa  pool or our Clubhouse Pools areas, where relaxation under the shade of the Cabanas will inspire creative ideas for our fun filled Scrapbook enthusiasts.
 
Amenities

Our Villa sleeps 8 adults comfortably and has 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite facilities, plus another full bathroom.

A   Pay as you Go, Scrapbook Store ,  with all of the basic needs for the weekend including Embellishments, Page Overlays from www.LaserCutDesigns.com is on premises & this coupled with the luxurious accomodation rounds out to a fun filled weekend Scrapbook Retreat in Orlando.

The Scrapbook Lounge comes complete with ample scrapbook tables & each guest will have a large 5 or 6ft  table to themselves couple this with padded swivel type office chairs, the comfort of the Villa is starting to take effect.

We provide a wide variety of tools but just to be safe if you can bring your own tools then we reccommend that you do so.

When it comes to supplies, should you forget something we have many supplies available form our "Pay as you Go"  store which has all the basic needs for the Crop, including PaperStock, Glue, Embellishments, Page overlays, Cutting Tools etc 
 
We operate an Honor System & Cash Drop for the Items consumed from the "Pay as you go Store"

Since LaserCutDesigns.com designs embellishments and Page Kits etc, then if given 2 week prior notice, we can design and make available unique custom materials for your Scrap Retreat. Just let us know in advance!!

Our service can be fully inclusive of meals and soft drinks etc or you can do your own thing as we have a fully equipped Kitchen to cook up that Gourmet meal then retreat with your friends to the Dining Area to enjoy the conversations of the day along with a few cocktails.(BYOB)

We offer wonderful massages, manicures, pedicures and classes (addtl cost)

Package Options

Option 1. All Inclusive - Catered - min party of 6 (see below for smaller parties)

Thu-Sun ( Check in 4:00pm & checkout by 12:00 noon) - Please contact us for if you require alternate times for check in/out and we will accommodate where possible.

• Master Suite (King Bed)  = $450.00 (can be shared and cost split)
• Room Toucan =  Twin Room - 2 people sharing $180 each
• Room Parrot =  Twin Room - 2 People Sharing $180 each
• Room Pelican (ensuite) =  Twin Room - 2 People sharing $210.00 each
• Full House rental $1590

Party of 1-3 = We have some dates available where we can accomodate smaller parties of 1-3, so please email us and we will advise those dates. 

• Extra days can be arranged for most weekend plans.
• Lunch & Dinner fully catered and continental breakfast is from a “help yourself buffet” with a range of fresh breads, yogurt, cereals, cold meats & cheeses.

    Beef  or Chicken tacos with yellow rice.
    Cajun Chicken Pasta with salad & garlic bread.

• All catering is done by Guests on the Self Hosted Package, a limited amount of soft drinks will be provided.
• Hotel and Federal Tax (12%) is included in above rates.

Scrapbook Retreat Terms ( Simplified Terms)

• $200 deposit or $25pp to reserve your retreat
• Check in 4:00 pm day 1 - check out 12:00 pm last day. (Contact us if alternate times are required - we can usually allow an early check-in and late check-out.
• Balance due will be Required 6 weeks before check-in date
• Security Deposit of $200 to be paid at time of Final Payment  (or cc details kept on file) - Security Deposit will be returned within 3 days assuming no damage.
• Renters are fully responsible for any loss or damage to the villa or the amenities, tools or equipment and the Security Deposit will be debited for any damage. If the damage is beyond that which is covered by the Deposit then the Lead Renter will be held responsible.
• Payment is accepted through Paypal, Credit Card or Check
• No Smoking in the Villa please.
• Names of all guests  are required at time of booking
• Cancelation -Cancelling  at any time = loss of deposit, (each person canceling). Refunds will be available on a sliding scale until 14 days prior to check-in. 14 days or less notice will result in loss of full amount paid. We cannot offer refunds due to weather or personal emergencies.
