Thank you for choosing Hypolita Villa , it is our intention to make the booking terms as innocuous as possible , the following identifies the major point of interest and will be further documented in the booking form which will be sent to you prior to final booking.

1.  A Deposit of $300 (£200) or 20% which ever is the greater will secure your booking, this deposit will be applied as your security deposit and will be returned to you within 7 days of departure.
2. Full payment should be made 6 weeks prior to the rental period.
3. We are pleased to accept payments by all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Pay Pal or Check(Cheque).
4. Minimum stay is 3 nights depending on availability and there may be an increased charge for short term rentals.
5. We request that Guests do not smoke in the Villa, smoking is permitted in the pool deck areas. 
6. We will do our best to accommodate your arrival and departure times. Please contact us for arrivals prior to 4:00pm on the day of arrival and if you require a late departure after 12:00 midday.
7. Pool heat is an additional charge and you should request this as part of your booking.
8. In the event that you need to cancel the rental after full payment then a scale of charges will be applied as documented in the booking form.( your travel insurance normally will cover the cancellation charges)
